Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition in which it was received

  • Unworn and unused

  • Returned with its original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for ordinary returns. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels that are lost in transit.

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Kuncha Studio will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide another appropriate resolution.

Damages and incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at info@kuncha-studio.com and include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and make it right.

Small variations in colour, print, stitching, texture, and placement are natural characteristics of handmade and vintage textiles and are not considered defects.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items, except where required by applicable law

  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The quickest way to obtain another item is to return the original item and place a separate order after the return has been accepted.

European Union cancellation rights

If an order is shipped to the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable law. Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
