Many KUNCHA products incorporate handmade, hand-printed, hand-stitched, recycled, or vintage textiles. Small variations in colour, print, stitching, texture, measurements, pattern placement, and signs of previous textile use are natural characteristics of these materials.

These variations contribute to the individual character of each piece and are not necessarily defects.

Product measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers should review product descriptions, photographs, measurements, and care instructions before purchasing.

We do not guarantee that a product’s appearance will be identical to its digital representation or that it will meet expectations inconsistent with its description.

Product descriptions, availability, and prices may be changed without notice. We may discontinue products or limit the quantity available to any customer, geographical region, or jurisdiction.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order, subject to applicable law.

An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have issued an order confirmation or otherwise confirmed acceptance.

Processing and delivery periods are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by customs inspections, carrier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, subject to applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or unpaid customs charges may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Shopify’s names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans belong to Shopify. Other names and marks appearing through the Services belong to their respective owners.

We may provide access to tools or services operated by third parties. We do not necessarily monitor, control, or endorse these tools.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and TRISHA EXPORTS, trading as KUNCHA.

Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for fulfilment, product quality, returns, refunds, injuries, losses, or damages arising from products purchased from KUNCHA, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
